The five scenes are: water flying with rich power, golden sea and silvery wave, thousand years of Dragon Head Mountain, evening glow of Red Mansions, and remaining grace in endless flow of history.
Tieling was called Fuzhou in the ancient times, it is a remarkable place producing outstanding talents, the electric power is abundant, the cooling tower of power plant is taken as the scene of waterfall, there is black ancient rampart on the foundation, symbolizing the city of energy; the black water symbolizes a city with the sea of coal, Huoyan goose with the highest egg yield of the world swims in the silvery water, the scene of golden sea and silvery wave is displayed, and the red peony pavilion is taken as a metaphor for Tieling as the cultural hometown of A Dream of Red Mansions.
