Traditional natural landscape garden of China is taken as framework of the garden, so as to express the theme of “We live with the nature harmoniously”.
With the conception of Huacheng Tower building group in the Summer Palace of Beijing, the design takes “flower” as the subject, new material and new technique are utilized for displaying the characteristics of royal garden in Beijing.
The main scenic spots of the entire garden are: “Fairy maiden with flower receiving visitors”, “Prosperity brought by dragon screen”, “Stalagmite heralding the advent of spring”, “Sacred state born on flower”, “Fish playing with lotus root in pond”, “Stone with decorative pattern”, “Listening to spring water at Xishan Mountain”, “Verdant pine with chrysanthemum”, and so on. Among them, the main buildings “The Glazed Tile Pagoda of Many Treasures” and “Yangyi Pavilion” are located on Huacheng Terrace, and they are upright as if they are floating in the sea of flowers. The plant allocation, garden path and small ornaments all display the solid foundation of garden culture of Beijing.
